Poor services!

Sadly writing this report about the poor quality costumer services provided by this website, and also reporting a new problem with the 4G coverage in my local area !.
I posted my question here, about the method of paying "MIFI" data bills with "mobiflous" service from my Ooredoo phone number in 30 January and I got an email by the next day asking for the "MIFI" card relevant number, and I replied with the required information within 30 min after, but until this moment I don't have any answer from you! , all what I asked for is how to find the "code organisme" & "la clé" relevant to my monthly bill.
But even discarding the unacceptable latency of responding, I now have another problem with the connection speed of my 4G router , and this only happens from 7 to 10 pm in only business days (wich i know are the rush hours of Internet uses), the connection starts to fluctuate, i restarts the router, so it comes smooth again for around 30 seconds , then it gets lost again and again! .
I don't think this is a hardware issue, it's clearly a software or rather a coverage problem that should be fixed !
